Shipping Policy
We are not shipping currently offered products at this time, but we are looking into our shipping options for the future. If you're someone interested in having our products shipped, please reach out so we can guage the interest and need.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eggs are not returnable, or refundable. Proper storage requirements will be given at the time of the order and this is up to the customer to follow.
Flower subscriptions and bouquet orders are not returnable. If a subscription falls short in offerings for the weekly commitments of the purchase, you will be offered that number of bouquets at no charge for the following season within the same calendar year. For example, if you purchase a spring bouquet subscription and the third weekly offering cannot be met, you will be offered a summer bouquet as a substitution. If you purchase a summer bouquet subscription and not all weeks can be fulfilled, you will be refunded a pro-rated amount based on how many bouquets cannot be fulfilled. You would also have the option to have this credit moved to the following year or use the credit towards purchasing pumpkins. Please know that we are new growers and our work is largely weather dependent. Thank you for understanding and supporting our family.
